The Kyara Koti Pass Trek in Uttarakhand, India, is a thrilling and

high-altitude passes, and pristine alpine meadows. This trek is
for seasoned trekkers seeking an offbeat and adventurous
experience in the Garhwal Himalayas.
Starting from the scenic village of Sankri, the trek gradually
ascends through dense forests, crossing gushing streams and
picturesque valleys. As you gain elevation, the landscapes
transform, offering breathtaking views of snow-capped peaks, cascading waterfalls, and vast expanses of untouched wilderness.
The highlight of the Kyara Koti Pass Trek is reaching the Kyara Koti Pass, situated at an elevation of around 4,600 meters. Crossing the pass requires stamina, endurance, and proper acclimatization, but the reward is well worth it. Standing atop the pass, you are treated to panoramic views of towering Himalayan peaks, including Swargarohini, Bandarpoonch, and Black Peak.
Throughout the trek, you'll come across diverse flora and fauna, including rare Himalayan flowers, mountain goats, and various bird species. The untouched beauty and serenity of the region make it a haven for nature lovers and photographers.
The best time to undertake the Kyara Koti Pass Trek is during the summer months of May to June and the autumn months of September to October. The weather during these periods is relatively stable, offering clear views and favorable trekking conditions. It is recommended to go with an experienced guide and be equipped with proper trekking gear, including camping equipment, warm clothing, and sturdy footwear.
You have to reach Harshil either from Dehradun or Rishikesh. From Harshil onwards, you will be meeting our trek guides and hence forth you will be moving forward in the trek with them.
Tata sumo traveler vehicles are available at both Dehradun and rishikesh and the charges are minimal. A part from those buses are also available to Harshil which will lead you from both Dehradun and Rishikesh.

Pulse rate at rest must be in between (60 to 90 beats per minute).
Blood Pressure Reading must be in between (DIASTOLIC 75 - 85, SYSTOLIC 100 - 130 mm Hg).
Respiratory rate at rest must be in between (12 to 20 breaths per minute).
